Pistachio Bread

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 (4-ounce) package instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water, sour cream, cherries, and nuts; mix with a spoon.
- Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Grease 4 small loaf pans. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the bottom of the pans.
- Divide batter among pans and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake 35 minutes. Cool and wrap.
