Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp simple syrup)
- 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice
Directions
- Muddle sugar and bitters with a splash of water in a rocks glass.
- Add ice and bourbon; stir until chilled.
- Express orange peel and garnish.
